هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل دادي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس الحكومية المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين و سبل تطويره، وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و المنهج الكيفي و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (257) معلم و معلمة من معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، ممثلة ما يقارب من (9635) من مجتمع الدراسة، و قد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية حسب متغير الجنس و كانت الاستبانة و المقابلة أداتا جمع البيانات.

حيث بلغت عدد فقرات الاستبانة 35 فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات و هي (المجال الإداري المجال التعليمي، المجال المجتمعي) و كان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : 1.

أن تقدير عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية لدورها في تفعيل دادي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدراس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين من وجهة نظر معلمي اللغة الإنجليزية ؛ حصل على وزن نسبي (%70.36) أي بدرجة كبيرة، و كان ترتيب مجالات الاستبانة تنازلياً (المجال التعليمي، المجتمعي، الإداري).

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) (a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير عينة الدراسة لدور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل دادي اللغة الإنجليزية في المجالين الإداري و التعليمي تعزى لمتغير جنس المعلم، بينما توجد فروق في الدرجة الكلية، و المجال المجتمعي لصالح المعلمين الذكور.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) (a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير عبدة الدراسة للدور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل دادي اللغة الإنجليزية في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الجنوبية الفلسطين تعزى للمتغيرات : (المؤهل العلمي للمعلم، عدد سنوات خدمة المعلم، تخصص المدير الأكاديمي، المديرية التابع لها المعلم).

و قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من السبل لتطوير دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل نادي اللغة الإنجليزية منها : • المساعدة في توفير بعض الاحتياجات و القرطاسية اللازمة لأنشطة نادي اللغة الإنجليزية.

تبني وزارة التربية والتعليم لجائزة أفضل نادي لغة انجليزية بحيث يتم منح المعلم المسئول عن النادي هذه الجائزة.

• تشجيع القطاع الأهلي و مؤسسات المجتمع المحلي على تقديم الدعم المادي و المعنوي لأندية اللغة الإنجليزية.

ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة : • تخصيص وزارة التربية و التعليم رزمة من المحفزات ؛ لتعزيز المعلمين المسئولين عن أنشطة الإنجليزية مادياً و معنوياً.

• الايعاز للإدارة المدرسية بأن تخصص جزءاً من ميزانية المدرسة لدعم أنشطة دادي اللغة الانجليزية.

• التنسيق مع المراكز ذات التجربة مثل (AMIDEAST British Council) ، لتدعيم خبرات مسؤولي أندية اللغة الإنجليزية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in activating the English language club in government schools and ways to develop it in the southern governorates of Palestine.

The researcher followed both the descriptive analytical approach and the qualitative approach, and the study sample consisted of (257) male and female teachers of English in the government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, representing approximately (35%) of the study population.

The participating teachers were chosen by the stratified random method according to the variable of gender.

The questionnaire and interview were the data collection tools.

Among the most important findings of the study are the following : 1.

The study sample’s estimate of the degree to which the school administration practices its role in activating the English language club in government schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the viewpoint of English language teachers obtained a high degree with a relative weight (70.36%).

The ranking of the fields of the questionnaire was in a descending order (educational, community, and administrative fields).

There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average of the study sample’s estimates of the role of the school administration in activating the English language club in the administrative and educational fields due to the variable of the teacher’s gender.

While there were statistically significant differences in the community field, and as due to the teachers gender variable, and the difference were in favour of male teachers.

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the average of the study sample’s estimates of the role of the school administration in activating the English language club due to the variables of the teacher’s academic qualification, the number of years of teacher service, the principal’s academic specialization, and the directorate to which the teacher belongs.

The study presented a set of ways to develop the role of the school administration in activating the English language club, including the following : • Helping to provide some of the requirements and stationery needed for the activities of the English language club.

• The Ministry of Education should adopt offering an award for the best English language club, so that the teacher in charge of the club receives this award.

• Encouraging the private sector and local community institutions to provide material and moral support to English language clubs.

The researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are the following : • The Ministry of Education should allocate a package of incentives to support the teachers responsible for the activities of the English language club financially and morally.

• Instructing the school administration to allocate part of the school’s budget to support the activities of the English language club.

• Coordinating with the centres with experience, such as British Council and AMIDEAST, to support the expertise of those in charge of English language clubs.
