Abstract EN

The roll of the management of change on the sustainable development a field study on the teaching staff at the faculty of economics, university of Benghazi this research paper tries to recognize the average of the management of change of the university of Benghazi from the point of view of the teaching staff of the faculty of economics, through the following dimensions: the structure of human resources and technology.

also to identify the average of the sustainable development of the university of Benghazi from the point of view of the teaching staff.

the study also tries to set the effect of change of the sustainable development of the quality of education of the university of Benghazi.

the study applies the descriptive method in collecting and analyzing data.

also, there was a questionnaire as a tool of collecting data.

the research paper found out that the general average of the management of change is medium (2.7404) with the standard deviation (0.8663).

the general average of the management of change of the faculty of economics is medium (2.7350) with the standard deviation (1.0266).

the study showed that there was an effect of statistical significance of the sustainable development (0.05).

finally, the research paper presented some important recommendations that might help in improving the average of the sustainable development of the University of Benghazi.
