The study aimed to identify the extent of the readiness of Traghen teaching hospital to adopt electronic governance, and here and then rely on the descriptive analytical approach, where the problem of the study was represented in the following question : what is the readiness of Traghen teaching hospital to adopt electronic governance? while the study population was represented in the administrative leaders of the Traghen teaching hospital, who numbered (20) single, and then using the comprehensive inventory, and the primary data was collected through the questionnaire, and the study reached many results, the most important of which is that there are currently no readiness for the adoption of electronic governance at Traghen teaching hospital, as a result of the shortcomings in many of the dimensions necessary for the application of electronic governance in the hospital.

the study recommended the necessity for the administration of Traghen teaching hospital to work by applying electronic governance methods in order to meet the needs of customers.
