Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة : التعرف إلى دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تعزيز إدارة الذات لدى الأرامل و زوجات الشهداء من طالباتها من وجهة نظرهن، و الكشف عن وجود فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لهذا الدور، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قامت بتصميم استبانة من (33) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، وقد تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من (200) من الطالبات الأرامل وزوجات الشهداء في جامعات الإسلامية، القدس المفتوحة، الأقصى الأزهر)، كما استخدمت المنهج البنائي بهدف اقتراح سيل لتطوير هذا الدور من خلال مقابلات قامت بها الباحثة مع عدد الخبراء.

وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة : 1- أن تقدير عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة الجامعات الفلسطينية لدورها في تعزيز إدارة الذات لدى الأرامل و زوجات الشهداء ؛ حصل على وزن نسبي (72.44%) أي بدرجة كبيرة، و حصلت المجالات على درجات كبيرة، تراوحت أوزانها النسبية بين (70.98% - 75.60%) مرتبة تنازلياً على النحو التالي: [ التخطيط الشخصي، الثقة بالنفس إدارة العلاقات الاجتماعية، إدارة الانفعالات].

2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05≥ a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة الجامعات الفلسطينية لدورها في تعزيز إدارة الذات لدى الأرامل و زوجات الشهداء تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة ( الجامعة، العمر، سبب وفاة الزوج).

3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لدرجة ممارسة الجامعات الفلسطينية لدورها في تعزيز إدارة الذات لدى الأرامل و زوجات الشهداء تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، و كانت الفروق لصالح الأرامل و زوجات الشهداء ممن مؤهلهم العلمي دراسات عليا.

توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من سبل تطوير دور الجامعات الفلسطينية في تعزيز إدارة الذات لدى الأرامل و زوجات الشهداء، تمثلت في الآتي : تخصيص لقاءات توعوية وتثقيفية تفاعلية، تكريم الأرامل وزوجات الشهداء المتفوقات في دراستهن و تفعيل المكافئات بأنواعها، فتح باب مراكز الإرشاد النفسي داخل الجامعات لاستيعاب مشاكلهن و إيجاد حلول لها، عقد دورات في التخطيط الشخصي، و ترتيب الأولويات حتى تستطيع الأرملة و زوجة الشهيد إدارة حياتها.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of Palestinian universities in enhancing self-management by their student widows and martyrs’ wives from their point of view, and to reveal the presence of differences between the average estimates of the sample members for this role.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and designed a questionnaire consisting of (33) items distributed into four areas.

The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (200) student widows and martyrs' wives from Islamic University, Al-Quds Open University, Al-Aqsa University, and Al-Azhar University.

(200) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis at a rate of (66.7%), and the constructivist approach was used in order to suggest ways to develop this role through interviews conducted by the researcher with a number of experts.

Among the most important findings of the study are the following : 1.

The study sample’s estimate of the degree to which Palestinian universities practice their role in promoting self-management among widows and martyrs’ wives had a relative weight (72.44%), i.e., to a large degree, and the areas obtained large degrees, as their relative weights ranged between (70.98% - 75.60%) arranged in descending order as follows : personal planning, self-confidence, managing social relations, managing emotions.

There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the average degrees of the sample members' estimate of the degree to which Palestinian universities practice their role in promoting self-management among widows and wives of martyrs due to the study variables (university, age, cause of death of the husband).

There are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the average degrees of the sample members' estimate to the degree to which Palestinian universities practice their role in promoting self-management among widows and wives of martyrs due to the variables of academic qualification, and the differences are in favor of widows and wives of martyrs whose academic qualifications are postgraduate.

The study found a set of ways to develop the role of Palestinian universities in promoting self-management of widows and wives of martyrs, as follows: allocating interactive awareness and educational meetings, honoring widows and wives of martyrs who excel in their studies and activating all kinds of rewards, allowing psychological counseling centers within universities to accommodate their problems and find solutions for them, holding courses in personal planning, and arranging priorities so that the widow and the wife of the martyr can manage her life.
