Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة : التعرف إلى درجة إسهام المرشد التربوي في تعزيز التواصل بين المدرسة الثانوية و المجتمع المحلى بمحافظات غزة من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس منهج وأداة الدراسة : للتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي و قامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة الدراسة استبادة) لتحقيق هدف الدراسة الرئيسية و الذي يتمثل في قياس درجة دور المرشد التربوي في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظات غزة في تعزيز التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي.
مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها : تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المدراء العاملين في المدارس الثانوية التابعة الوزارة التربية و التعليم في محافظات غزة للفصل الدراسي الثاني (2020 / 2021 و البالغ عددهم (141) مدير و مديرة، و قد بلغت عينة الدراسة (104) مدير و مديرة.
أهم النتائج : توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : - أن مجالات الاستبانة تفاوتت من حيث درجة توافرها من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، حيث كان متوسط درجة الموافقة على الفقرات المقترحة في الاستبانة ككل من وجهة نظر العينة بلغت (3.98) و بلغ الوزن النسبي (79.56%).
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات مدراء مدارس الثانوية في درجة إسهام المرشد التربوي في تعزيز التواصل بين المدرسة الثانوية والمجتمع المحلى بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير الجنس (ذكر، أنثى).
في الدرجة الإجمالية وجميع المجالات.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات مدراء مدارس الثانوية في درجة إسهام المرشد التربوي في تعزيز التواصل بين المدرسة الثانوية و المجتمع المحلى بمحافظات غزة تعزى لمتغير منطقة السكن (عزة، جنوب غزة).
و استناداً إلى النتائج السابقة أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات أهمها: 1.
الاهتمام بتدريب المرشدين و تطوير مهاراتهم في عملية التدريب.
التواصل المستمر مع المجتمع المحلي والمدرسة وتطوير ذلك عبر الوسائل الحديثة.
3.
أن تعمل المدرسة و المدريات و وزارة التربية و التعليم لتقويم عملية التواصل بين المرشدين و المدرسة و الطلبة.
English Abstract
Objective of the study : Identifying the degree of the educational advisor’s contribution in enhancing communication between the secondary school and the local community in Gaza governorates from the point of view of school principals.
Research methodology and study tool : To achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used the descriptive approach.
The researcher prepared a study tool (questionnaire) to achieve the main study objective، which is to measure the degree of the role educational advisor in secondary schools in Gaza governorates in enhancing communication with the local community.
The study population and sample : The study population consisted of all the principals working in secondary schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in the governorates of Gaza for the second semester (2019/2020) whose number is (141) male and female principals while the study sample was (104) male and female principals.
The most important findings of the study : The areas of the questionnaire vary in terms of the degree of availability from the point of view of the study sample، where the mean scores of approval of the proposed paragraphs in the questionnaire as a whole from the sample’s point of view was (3.98) and the relative weight was (79.56%).
There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the responses of secondary school principals regarding the degree of the educational advisor’s contribution in enhancing communication between the secondary school and the local community in Gaza governorates attributable to the variable of gender (male، female) in total degree and all areas.
There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of responses of secondary school principals regarding the degree of the educational advisor’s contribution to enhancing communication between the secondary school and the local community in the Gaza governorates attributable to the variable of place of residence (Gaza، South Gaza).
The most important recommendations of the study: Based on the previous findings، the researcher recommends several recommendations.
The most important of which are: 1.
Paying attention to training of educational advisors and developing their skills in the training process.
2.
Continuous communication with the local community and the school and developing that through modern means of communication.
3.
That the school، advisors and the Ministry of Education should work to evaluate the communication process between the advisors، the school and the students.
