Arabic Abstract
هدف الدراسة : التقصي عن فاعلية برنامج قائم على التعليم البنائي باستخدام التدريس المُصغر لتنمية مهارات تدريس المفاهيم الرياضية لدى الطالبات المعلمات في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة.
أدوات الدراسة : اختبار معرفي لقياس مستوى الجانب المعرفي للطالبات المعلمات في مهارات تدريس مفاهيم الرياضيات، و بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجوانب الأدائية وفق فلسفة التعليم البنائي، قبل و بعد التدريب على البرنامج.
عينة الدراسة : طبقت الدراسة على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية، و عددها (23) من الطالبات المعلمات قسم التعليم الأساسي بكلية التربية في الجامعة الإسلامية بغزة.
منهج الدراسة : المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة.
أهم نتائج الدراسة : توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05≥a )) بين متوسطي درجات الطالبات المعلمات لاختبار الجوانب المعرفية، و بطاقة الملاحظة في الجوانب الأدائية لمهارات تدريس المفاهيم الرياضية في التطبيقين القبلي و البعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي.
حقق البرنامج القائم على التعليم البنائي باستخدام التدريس المصغر فاعلية في تنمية الجوانب المعرفية، و الأدائية لمهارات تدريس المفاهيم الرياضية لدى الطالبات المعلمات بنسبة أكبر من (1.2) حسب نسبة الكسب المعدل البلاك، حيث بلغت نسبته ككل للاختبار المعرفي لمهارات تدريس مفاهيم الرياضيات (1.44)، و للجوانب الأدائية لمهارات تدريس مفاهيم الرياضيات ككل، (1.71)، و حقق البرنامج حجم التأثير الكبير على تنمية الجوانب المعرفية و الأدائية لمهارات تدريس المفاهيم الرياضية، و الذي بلغ باستخدام مربع إينا كبيرا للدرجات الكلية في الاختبار ككل و أبعاده الفرعية (0.963)، و لبطاقة الملاحظة ككل و أبعادها الفرعية -(0.996) أهم توصيات الدراسة : الاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي لإتاحة الفرصة للطالبات المعلمات التدريب عمليا على مهارات تدريس المهارات و الخوارزميات و التعميمات الرياضية و حل المشكلات و المسائل الرياضية، من خلال إعداد برامج تدريبية مماثلة لبرنامج الدراسة الحالية.
English Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a program based on constructivist learning using micro-teaching to develop the skills of teaching mathematical concepts among female student teachers at the Islamic University of Gaza.
The study tools included a cognitive test to measure the cognitive level of female student teachers in the skills of teaching mathematics concepts, and an observation card to measure the performance aspects according to the philosophy of constructivist teaching, before and after training on the program.
The study was applied to a random sample of (23) female student teachers in the Department of Basic Education, in the Faculty of Education at the Islamic University of Gaza, and the researcher used the quasi-experimental approach with one group design.
The most important results of the study are the following : There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of female student teachers in the cognitive aspects test, and in the observation card in the performance aspects of teaching mathematical concepts skills in the pre and post applications, in favour of the post application.
The program based on constructivist learning using micro-teaching achieved effectiveness in developing the cognitive and performance aspects of the skills of teaching mathematical concepts among female student teachers, with a percentage greater than (1.2) according to the percentage of Blake’s modified gain factor, as the percentage as a whole for the cognitive test of the skills of teaching mathematics concepts reached (1.44), and for the performance aspects of the skills of teaching mathematics concepts as a whole reached (1.71).
The program achieved a significant impact on the development of the cognitive and performance aspects of the skills of teaching mathematical concepts, which, using the ETA square, was large for the overall scores in the test as a whole and its sub-dimensions at (0.963), and for the observation card as a whole and its sub dimensions reached (0.996).
The most important recommendations of the study include benefiting from the training program to give female student teachers an opportunity to practically train in teaching skills, algorithms, mathematical generalizations, and solving mathematical problems and questions, by preparing training programs similar to the ones in the current study program.
