Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف درجة توافر معايير الموارد البشرية والمالية في نظام الجودة والاعتماد المدرسي.

منهج و أداة الدراسة : لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ؛ استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة مجالات و هي درجة توافر معايير الموارد البشرية الموارد المادية و الموارد المالية، في ضوء معايير نظام الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي.

مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها : تكونت عينة الدراسة الفعلية من 250 مديرًا ،ومديرة، أي ما نسبته تقريبا (60%) من مجموع مجتمع الدراسة.

(414) و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها : 1- درجة توافر معايير الموارد البشرية في نظام الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي جاء بدرجة كبيرة، حيث حصل على وزن نسبي (78.02%).

2- مستوى درجة توافر معايير الموارد المادية في نظام الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي جـاء بدرجة كبيرة، حيث حصل على وزن نسبي (78.68%).

3- مستوى درجة توافر معايير الموارد المالية في نظام الجودة و الاعتماد المدرسي جاء بدرجة كبيرة، حيث حصل على وزن نسبي (79.89%).

4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تعزى إلى متغيري (الجنس المرحلة التعليمية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة تُعزى إلى متغير المنطقة التعليمية)، و ذلك لصالح المنطقة الوسطى.

و قد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها : 1- تطوير العمل المؤسسي و تعزيز العمل بمبدأ التخطيط الاستراتيجي و إشراك العاملين فــي صياغة رؤية و رسالة المدرسة.

2- توفير مصادر مالية ذاتية، و تحسين بيئة العمل لتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين بالمدرسة.

English Abstract

Evaluating Institutional Resources of Public Education Schools in the Southern PalestinianGovernorates Pursuant to Quality System and School Accreditation Standards Objective of the study: The study aims at identifying the degree of availability of the standards of human and financial resources in the quality system and school accreditation.

Research methodology and study tools: To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, based on a questionnaire consisting of three areas: the degree of availability of standard of human, material, and financial resources pursuant to the standards of quality system and school accreditation.

Study population and sample: The actual study sample consisted of 250 male and female principals, or approximately (60%) of the total study population that consists of (414) principals.

The most important recommendations of the study : •The degree of availability of the standards of human resources in the quality and accreditation system had a high relative weight of (78.02%).

•The level of degree of availability of material resource standards in the quality and accreditation system had a high relative weight of (78.68%).

•The level of degree of availability of financial resources standards in the quality system and school accreditation had a high relative weight of (79.89%).

•There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals attributable to the two variables (gender, educational stage), while there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample individuals attributed to the variable (educational region), in favor of the middle governorate.

The most important recommendations of the study : •Developing institutional work, enhancing the principle of strategic planning, and involving workers in formulating the school's vision and mission.

•Providing personal financial resources and improving the work environment to achieve job satisfaction for school human resources.
