English Abstract

Study aim : The study aimed to detect the level of life stress and psychological unit of the elderly hesitant on the Rabee alomr center for the treatment of diseases of the elderly and to show the relationship of life stress with psychological unit, and to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

Study methodology : The study sample: The study tools consisted of psychological unit scale prepared by (Iman Obeid, 2010) and life stress.

Study tool: The study tools included the psychological unit scale prepared by (Iman Obeid, 2010) and the life stress scale prepared by the researcher, and the personal data form.

Key results of the study: The results of the study showed that the level of life stress for the elderly (58.01)% also showed that the level of the psychological unit for the elderly (53.70%) also show a statistically significant positive correlation between the psychological pressures of life and loneliness for the elderly, it turns out that there is no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample estimates about the pressures of life due to gender Study recommendations:In the light of the results of the study recommended the researcher to pay attention to the category of the elderly and identify their problems and consider it a basic category in the community with their needs and problems and provide services and appropriate care for them, the researcher also recommended to carry out modern scientific studies and research on the category of the elderly to learn more about their needs and requirements and the reality of their lives and to reach the best solution in the treatment Their problems.
