Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات للمرحلة الإعدادية في مدارس محافظة غزة، و اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي متمثلاً في تصميم أداتي الدراسة مقياس تحديد الاحتياج و بطاقة الملاحظة، حيث اشتمل المقياس على (46) فقرة موزعة على (10) محاور، كما اشتملت بطاقة الملاحظة على (37) فقرة موزعة على (8) محاور، و جرى التحقق من صدق الأداتين و ثباتهما، و من ثم التوصل إلى صورة البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريسية لمعلمي الرياضيات، و تكون مجتمع الدراسة و عيلته من جميع معلمي الرياضيات للمرحلة الإعدادية التابعين لمنطقة جنوب عزة التعليمية في مدارس الأونروا بغزة و البالغ عددهم (68) معلماً و معلمة جرى اختيارهم بأسلوب الحصر الشامل نظراً لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام 2019-2020م.

و خلصت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج الآتية : 1- أن جميع مجالات الاحتياجات التدريسية لمقياس تحديد الاحتياج تراوحت متوسطاتها الحسابية ما بين (1.91-3.05) حيث سجلت درجة متوسطة و قليلة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة.

2- تفاوتت استجابات عينة الدراسة للمهارات الفرعية لبطاقة الملاحظة ما بين المساهمة بدرجة كبيرة أو بدرجة متوسطة أو بدرجة ضعيفة.

3- خلصت الباحثة إلى أهم الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين من هذه النتائج و استندت عليها في إعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح يهدف إلى تطوير أداء معلمي الرياضيات في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريسية، من شأنه أن يفيد المختصين في هذا المجال.

4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقدير المعلمين لدرجة احتياجاتهم التدريسية تعزى للمتغيرات التالية : (جنس المعلم، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة).

و أوصت الدراسة بالآتي : 1- تنفيذ البرنامج المقترح لأصحاب الحاجة من معلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة الإعدادية، و الاستفادة منه لتطوير البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمي الرياضيات.

2- تبادل الزيارات الصفية بين المعلمين بشكل مخطط يلبي احتياجاتهم، و محاولة الاستفادة من خبرات بعضهم البعض.

English Abstract

This study aims to build a proposed training program in light of the teaching needs of mathematics teachers for the preparatory stage in the Gaza governorate schools, the study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, represented in the design of the study tools, the questionnaire and the observation card, where the questionnaire included (46) items distributed on (10) axes or fields, The observation card also included (37) paragraphs or items distributed on (8) axes, and the validity and stability of the two tools were verified, and then the image of the proposed training program was obtained in light of mathematics teachers' profession needs.

South Gaza educational department in UNRWA schools in Gaza, who selected (68) teachers, using the comprehensive enumeration method due to the small size of the study population during the first semester of the year 2019-2020.

The study concluded the following most important results: 1- That all fields of the teaching needs of the questionnaire ranged between (1.91-3.05), while it scored a medium and low score from the viewpoint of the sample members.

2- The study sample's responses to the sub-skills of the observation card varied between contributing to a large, medium or low degree.

3- The researcher benefited from these results in preparing a proposed training program aimed at developing the performance of mathematics teachers in light of teaching needs, which would benefit specialists in this field.

4- There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the teachers' assessment of the degree of their teaching needs due to the following variables: (teacher’s gender, age, academic qualification, number of years of experience).

The study recommended the following: 1- Implementing the proposed program for those in need of mathematics teachers in the preparatory stage, and making use of it to develop training programs provided to mathematics teachers.

2- Exchange of classroom visits between teachers in a planned manner that meets their needs, and try to benefit from each other's experiences.
