Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الذكاء الأخلاقي كعامل وسيط بين التوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي, ومعرفة العلاقة بين النكاء الأخلاقي والتوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي لدى عاملي الخدمات الصحية, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (119) من عاملي الخدمات الصحية بمستشفى ناصر, ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي إعداد ( رقية الزيان ومباركة وجدي, 2019, ومقياس التوافق المهني إعداد الباحثة, ومقياس التوافق الزواجي إعداد ( مسعودة بن السايح (2017), وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم النتائج التالية: حصل الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى عاملي الخدمات الصحية على وزن نسبي (89.4%)، بينما حصل التوافق المهني على وزن نسبي (79.5%) في حين حصل التوافق الزواجي على وزن نسبي (77.9%).

- كشفت الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي والتوافق المهني وكذلك بين مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي والتوافق الزواجي وأيضاً بين التوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي لدى عاملي الخدمات الصحية.

- أظهرت الدراسة الدور الوسيط الذي يلعبه الذكاء الأخلاقي في العلاقة بين التوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي لدى عاملي الخدمات الصحية.

- أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي والتوافق المهني والتوافق الزواجي لدى عاملي الخدمات الصحية تعزى لمتغير الجنس, سنوات الخبرة سنوات الزواج.

كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الأخلاقي ومستوى التوافق الزواجي تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وكانت الفروق لصالح مؤهل البكالوريوس.

English Abstract

This study aimed to uncover moral intelligence as a mediating factor between professional compatibility and marital compatibility, and to know the relationship between moral intelligence, professional compatibility and marital compatibility among health service workers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the correlational descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (119) health service workers at Nasser Hospital.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the Moral Intelligence Scale prepared by Ruqayat Al-Zayyan and Mubaraka and Jiddi (2019), the Scale of Professional Compatibility prepared by the researcher, and the Scale of Marital Compatibility prepared by Mas`udah Bin Al-Sayeh, 2017).

The study reached the following most important results: - Moral intelligence among health service workers obtained a relative weight of (89.4%), while professional compatibility obtained a relative weight of (79.5%), while marital compatibility obtained a relative weight of (77.9%).

- The study revealed the presence of a direct, statistically significant relationship between the level of moral intelligence and professional compatibility, as well as between the level of moral intelligence and marital compatibility, and also between professional compatibility and marital compatibility among health service workers.

- The study revealed the mediating role played by moral intelligence in the relationship between professional compatibility and marital compatibility among health service workers.

- The study showed that there were no differences in the level of moral intelligence, professional compatibility and marital compatibility among health service workers due to the variables of gender, years of service, and years of marriage.

Also, the study pointed out that there were differences in the level of moral intelligence and the level of marital compatibility attributed to the scientific qualification variable, and the differences were in favor of a bachelor's qualification.
