This study aims to identify the extent to which the senior management is convinced of the role of the public relations apparatus in crisis management and treatment.

Benghazi Medical Center, where they numbered 63 individuals, distributed among department managers, heads of departments, and directors of offices and units.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the body responsible for planning and implementation to confront the crises that the Benghazi Medical Center is going through is the senior management with a percentage of 79.3%, while we note that the administrative leaders in the center confirm that officials do not rely on cooperation with the public relations agency and its advisors in planning and implementation In the face of crises by 80.9%.
