Abstract EN

Despite all the efforts made to promote the values which are considered to be highly important entry points to implement the educational reform in the various official texts that frame the Moroccan educational system such as the National Charter for Education and Training, the White Book; the Strategic Vision 2015-2030 and the recently Framework Law 51.17 for the education and training system, the exacerbation of violence in all its forms and the prevalence of all disruptive behaviors in the school environment continues to haunt the Moroccan society as a whole and the structure of the educational system in particular.

In this perspective, we will present in this paper a proposal for the various steps that need to be followed to implement a project that integrates the values of tolerance in the educational system using ICT taking into account the importance of such tools among the current digital generations.

These steps can be used as a measurement to integrate such values as well as other similar concepts.

Given its strategic position, we will be using the secondary school phase of the educational system as an example to implement the project as it does not only prepare the youth for their higher education but also to form the manpower that is needed to fulfill the social and economic transformation and meet the requirements of development.

In addition to that, high schoolers belong to an important age group where the individual value system is shaped to direct and determine choices and attitudes.
