Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the university professor's attitudes towards e-learning in light of the spread of the COVID 19 pandemic, based on the following problem : what are the university professors' attitudes towards e-learning in the university institution ?, where we relied on the descriptive approach by applying the questionnaire to a sample of professors at Ibn university Khaldoun, in its various faculties, was estimated at eighty (80) university professors.

to reveal the training needs of the professor.

the current study reached the following results : Presented, analyzed and interpreted, the current study reached the following results : the lack of positive attitudes of the university professor towards evaluating the training programs offered by the university institution.

the lack of a high level of achieving the training needs of the university professor in light of e-learning.
