Institutional crises are an important topic that has attracted the attention of specialists in the administrative and organizational fields, and institutional crises are a defect in the general functioning of the organization, which leads to difficulties in regulatory decision-making, which requires quick l treatment, in order to preserve the entity of the institution from disappearing, and the crisis poses many threats to the institution, it threatens its stability, functioning and distorts its image, as well as the possibility of shaking their confidence in it, but despite these threats posed by the institutional crisis, it can be considered a good opportunity to win some challenges such as expanding the reputation of the institution, seeking to improve its image and emphasizing its credibility, all of these bets are gained and achieved only through good and effective management, which is based mainly on understanding the merits of the crisis based on the information collected, well studied, and then choose the most appropriate strategies to eliminate them.
