Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : هدفت هذه الدراسة تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى مربيات رياض الأطفال في.

محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية منهج و أداة الدراسة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالاعتماد على استبانة مكونة من جزء واحد شملت (5) مجالات.

مجتمع الدراسة و عينتها تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مربيات رياض الأطفال في محافظات غزة و البالغ عددهم (2775) مربية، و بلغت عينة الدراسة (338) مربية.

و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: قامت الباحثة بوضع خلاصة النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، و هي كالتالي : - الوصول إلى تصور مقترح لتطوير مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى مريبات رياض الأطفال في محافظات فلسطين الجنوبية، يتضمن الأهداف العامة و ما ينبثق عنها من أهداف فرعية و إجراءات تنفيذها و جهات التنفيذ و مؤشرات الأداء المتوقعة.

- بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة ممارسة مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى مربيات رياض الأطفال من وجهة نظرهم (3.32) و بوزن نسبي (66.42) و هذا يعني أنها جاءت بدرجة متوسطة.

- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a ≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع ممارسة مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى مربيات رياض الأطفال تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الثانوية العامة و متغير سنوات الخدمة و لصالح سنوات الخدمة (من 10-15سنة).

- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لواقع ممارسة مهارات الإدارة الصفية لدى مريبات رياض الأطفال تعزى إلى متغير الجهة المشرفة (أهلية، خاصة).

في ضوء نتائج الدراسة و التصور المقترح توصي الباحثة بالأني : - عقد دورات التدريب مربيات رياض الأطفال على تطوير المهارات الإدارة الصفية لديهن، و معرفة الخصائص النمائية للأطفال.

- تضمين كتب خاصة بمهارات مربيات رياض الأطفال.

- الاهتمام بتقويم مهارات مربيات الرياض ضمن تقويم الأطفال في الجوانب المعرفية و المهارية و الوجدانية.

English Abstract

Objective of the study: This study aims at making a proposal for developing classroom management skills of kindergarten female teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine Research methodology and study tool: To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and used a questionnaire that included (5) areas.

Study population and sample: The study population consisted of kindergarten female teachers in the governorates of Gaza, whose number is (2775) teachers while the study sample consisted of (338) teachers.

The most important findings of the study: - Preparing a proposal for developing the classroom management skills of kindergarten female teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine, which includes the general objectives and their sub-objectives, their implementation procedures, implementation bodies and the expected performance indicators.

- The arithmetic mean for the degree of practicing classroom management skills among kindergarten female teachers from their point of view was (3.32) with a relative weight of (66.42), which means that it has an average degree.

- There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores of the members of the study sample for practicing classroom management skills among kindergarten female teachers attributable to the variable academic qualification in favor of secondary school certificate and the variable years of service and in favor of (10-15 years).

- There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the mean scores for the sample members to reality of classroom management skills practice among kindergarten female teachers attributable to the variable supervising authority (civil society or private organization).

In light of the study findings and the tentative proposal, the researcher recommends the following: 1.

Conducting training courses to kindergarten female teachers to develop their classroom management skills, and learn the developmental characteristics of children.

2.

Developing special books on the skills of kindergarten female teachers.

3.

Paying attention to evaluating and developing the skills of kindergartens female teachers while developing children’s cognitive, skills and emotional aspects.
