This article aims to identify the concept of the (two) mixed partners, who are actually mixing their money, highlighting money mixture and providing the Holy Qur’an verses and hadiths which address their provisions.

it also pinpoints the difference between jurists in this regard, their positions in eliciting the sharia provisions and discusses their opinions.

it then pinpoints the types of mixed zakat money from animals, plants and fruits, commercial offers, currency (dirham and dinar), and how to give zakat of this kind of money.
