Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة : التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم وعلاقتها بجودة العمل الإداري.

منهج الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

أداة الدراسة : استخدمت الباحثة استبانتين، الأولي لقياس درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالقيم لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين، و تكونت من (23) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، و الاستبانة الثانية : لقياس جودة العمل الإداري و تكونت من (28) فقرة.

مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها : تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي و معلمات المدارس الخاصة في المحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين و البالغ عددهم (1240) معلماً و معلمة، و تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (350) معلماً و معلمة.

أهم نتائج الدراسة : 1- درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم من وجهة نظر معلميهم جاءت بدرجة كبيرة بوزن نسبي (80.549) 2- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم تعزي لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث باستثناء مجال النزاهة والشفافية"، و المتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح الذين تتراوح سنوات خدمتهم أقل من 5 سنوات باستثناء مجال الولاء التنظيمي 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي دلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.

3 توجد علاقة ارتباطية طردية قوية عند مستوي دلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الخاصة بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم و بين تقديراتهم الجودة العمل الإداري تساوي (801) أهم توصيات الدراسة : • تعزيز مفاهيم الإدارة بالقيم لدي مديري المدارس من خلال عقد الجهات المعنية الدورات و ورش العمل.

• حث المديرين على الاستفادة من مبادئ الإدارة بالقيم و ممارستها في تسيير شؤون العمل المدرسي.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the degree of practice of principals of private schools in the southern governorates of Palestine of management by value and its relationship to the quality of administrative work.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and used two questionnaires: the first was used to measure the degree of practice of management by values among the principals of private schools in the southern governorates of Palestine, and it consisted of (23) items distributed to four areas.

The second questionnaire aimed to measure the quality of administrative work and consisted of (28) items.

The study population consisted of all male and female teachers of private schools in the governorates of Gaza, and they numbered (1240) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (350) teachers.

The most important results of the study are the following: 1.

The degree to which principals of private schools in the southern governorates of Palestine practice management by values from the viewpoint of their teachers was high, with a relative weight (80.54%) 2.

There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (≤0.05) between the estimated averages of the study sample for the degree of practice of the principals of private schools in the governorates of Gaza of management by values attributable to the gender variable in favour of female participants except for the area of “integrity and transparency”, and for the variable of years of service in favour of those whose range of years of service is (10-5) years, except for the area of “organizational loyalty.” 3.

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (≤0.05) between the estimated averages of the study participants for the degree to which the principals of private schools in the governorates of Gaza manage by values due to the variable of the educational qualification.

There is a strong direct correlation at the level of significance (≤0.05) between the estimated averages of the study sample for the degree to which the principals of private schools in the governorates of Gaza manage by values, and between their estimates of the quality of administrative work, which is equal to (.801).

The most important recommendations of the study are as follows: • Promoting concepts of management by values for school principals by holding courses and workshops.

• Urging managers to take advantage of the principles of management by values and practice them in the conduct of school work affairs.
