There is no doubt that the functional relationship between employee and management is not eternal.

Instead, the moment must come when this relationship ends, if certain causes are fulfilled that both parties cannot avoid.

These reasons vary between what occurs by force of law and what requires the intervention of the administration by an administrative decision or the imposition of the penalty of dismissal from service as a penalty for a grave breach committed by the employee.

This study dealt with a topic on substantive topics, namely the completion of the role of the public employee in the public sector.

The study indicated to explain the civil position and public servant that must be available.
