هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى جودة الخدمة المقدمة لطلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية وسبل تعزيزها ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت أداتين للدراسة الأولى الاستبانة، وهي مكونـة مـن (48) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات الخدمات الأكاديمية، والخدمات الإدارية، وخدمات البيئة الجامعية، والأداة الثانية: هي المقابلة من خلال المقابلة الجماعية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (344) طالباً وطالبة، وتم تحليل البيانات من خلال استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS)، ومن نتائج الدراسة : 1.

أن مستوى جودة الخدمة المقدمة لطلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية، حصل على وزن نسبي (71.1%) بدرجة كبيرة.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( a≤0.05 ) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لجودة الخدمة المقدمة لطلبة الدراسات العليا في الجامعات الفلسطينية، تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، ومتغير التخصص، بينما توجد فروق في متغير الجامعة لصالح الجامعة الإسلامية.

قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات التي تسهم في تعزيز مستوى جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها الجامعات الفلسطينية لطلبتها.

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يمكن تحديد التوصيات التالية: ضرورة متابعة وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي للخدمات التي تقدمها الجامعات لطلبتها.

تفعيل دور وحدات الجودة في الجامعات الفلسطينية لتقييم الخدمات المقدمة لطلبتها وتحسين جودتها.

إجراء لقاءات مع الطلبة لتقييم آرائهم في الجوانب الأكاديمية والإدارية والخدمات الأخرى.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the quality of services provided to postgraduate students in the Palestinian universities and ways to enhance them.

In order to achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and two tools were used for the study : the first tool was a questionnaire consisting of (48) items distributed into three areas (academic services, administrative services, and university environment services).

The second tool was interviews through a group interview.

The sample of the study included (344) male and female students, and the data were analysed using the (SPSS) statistical analysis program.

The study reached a number of results, including the following : 1.

The level of the quality of services provided to postgraduate students in Palestinian universities in the southern governorates of Palestine was to a large degree, at a relative weight (71.1%).

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a≤0.05) between the average scores of the sample's estimates of the quality of services provided to postgraduate students in Palestinian universities in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the variables of gender and specialization, while there are differences in the variable of ‘the university’, in favour of the Islamic University.

The study presented a set of suggestions that contribute to enhancing the quality of services provided by the Palestinian universities to their students.

In light of the results of the study, the following recommendations were presented : - The need for the Ministry of Education and Higher Education to follow up on the services that the universities provide to their students.

- To activate the role of quality units in the Palestinian universities to evaluate the services provided to their students and improve their quality.

- To conduct meetings with students to assess their opinions on the academic, administrative aspects as well as the other services.
