English Abstract
Study aim:The study aimed to identify the reality of applying talent management strategies among secondary school principals in the southern-governorates-of-Palestine.
Study methodology and tools: The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach،and examples of the study tool in the questionnaire to measure the degree of application of talent management strategies among secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine.
Study population and sample: The study population consisted of all teachers in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine، who numbered(4719) teachers، and the study sample reached 370 male and female teachers based on the law of calculating the sample size.
The study reached several results، the most important of which are: 1.
The degree of application of talent management strategies for high school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine from the viewpoint of their teachers came to an agreement with a relative weight (77.28%).
2.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance () between the responses of the sample members to the degree of application of talent management strategies among secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine due to the demographic study variables (gender, academic qualification, years of service, specialization).
3.
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance () between the responses of the sample members to the degree of application of talent management strategies among secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in the fields (planning strategy - development - performance management) due to gender, while there are differences in the fields (strategy of recruitment and employment.
- Succession planning and retention strategy) attributed to sex in favor of males.

There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance()between the responses of the sample members to the degree of application of talent management strategies among secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in the fields (development strategy- performance management - recruitment and recruitment - retention and succession planning) due to the specialization while there are differences in The field of planning strategy is attributed to specialization in favor of the specialization of humanities.
Results of the study : •Increasing the development programs that develop the talents of teachers by the Ministry of Education and increasing the role of the school principal in developing the talents of his teachers and discussing with them the appropriate needs for this.
•Creating the institutional culture that supports the implementation of talent management strategies among secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine and its role in achieving institutional excellence.
