Abstract EN

In light of the economic transformations that Algeria witnessed, the Algerian policy has shown great interest in the entrepreneurial side through its adoption of an encouraging and stimulating policy for youth in order to reduce the severity of unemployment, and its contribution to achieving economic development, but despite the state’s hard effort to go towards contracting, it often collides with many social influences that often prevent young people from progressing to entrepreneurial work.

the Algerian young man still suffers from a lack of entrepreneurial culture that precludes achieving the desired goal, accordingly, we aim through this research paper to determine the social influences on their differences, which would affect the efficacy of the Algerian policy in support of entrepreneurial practice, in light of the lack of entrepreneurial culture and the limited entrepreneurial education related to this because the fact that entrepreneurial learning has become a necessity rather than a choice to anchor entrepreneurial culture among Algerian youth.
