This study aims to track the difficulties faced by the student in using the statistical analysis program for questionnaires SPSS.

to find out, the researcher conducted a field survey in a research community consisting of 120 master's and PhD students in the department of sociology and demography at elHadj Moussa Egakhamouk university, Tamanrasset.

following the descriptive, analytical, and statistical approach as well as the questionnaire tool for an intentional sample, the researcher concluded a set of results, most notably is providing human resources and pedagogical means to people with skills helps the student to raise and develop his control over the SPSS system well and systematically in his research and memoirs, including competent professor, computers hall, conferences and seminars.
