This research paper aims to shed light on important aspects of endowment books and their importance in the history of Islamic society, through the conditions that Ibn Khaldun placed in his endowment in order to analyze and evaluate its performance the study concluded that working with the conditions of the endowment helps to achieve the purpose of the endowment in light of the multiple obstacles, which requires the endowment and sponsors for this to take into account the situation of the endowment.
