This study is an attempt to discover the exact meaning of mental breeding which was supported by Taha Abderrahman.

mental breeding is a concept which express the level of maturity and mentality of Muslim human.

the main purpose of M.B is to face and solve challenges that encounter Muslim, and it also a transmission of cognitive and ethical issues.

that latter is reflection of the Islamic and intellectual identity.

finally, the aim of this study is to develop the establishment of Islamic principle.
