Abstract EN

This descriptive and analytical study aims at the contents of the first section of the book "the semantic morphological fields of Arabic verbs" by Suleiman Fayyad aims to test the limits of eligibility of the Arabic morphological / etymological system in order to understand the foundations and laws of field theory.

semantics and its approaches an established in the field of modern western semantics as well as the possibility of going beyond them so that it highlights the characteristics of this system, and its relation to lexical and semantic dimensions.

as well as its connection with the lexical and semantic dimensions, the most important result i concluded was that the verb category in general does not depart from the concepts of event and adjective and that the variations of each open the way for their research within the framework of the conception of establishing a dictionary of morphological semantic fields of events and adjectives in the Arabic language.
