Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the level of organizational citizenship behavior among employees at Skikda port.

and find out how some of the personal variable of employee’s effect on the organizational citizenship behavior which are (sex, seniority, and social status).

this research included a theoretical framework included definition, importance and dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.

and in the methodological research procedures, the descriptive method was used because it is the most appropriate method for studying and analyzing the subject of the research, and the sample was selected in a simple random form, and the questionnaire was used to collect data from individuals.

and to achieve the research objectives, the following statistical means where used: arithmetic mean, one-way Anova test, and independent sample t-test.

this study found a high level of organizational citizenship behavior among employees at Skikda port, as well as no differences in organizational citizenship behavior due to variables (sex, seniority, and social status).
