This article aims to try to identify one of the most important organizational concepts, which is (organizational loyalty), as a number of scientific disciplines have taken an interest in this concept, notably: sociology, psychology, science management and other disciplines.

who is interested in him and his importance, dimensions and characteristics and it is trying to understand its mechanisms in order to work to provide its reasons, because it is one of the pillars that work to achieve the goals of the organization or company; and maintain its continuity and balance.

thus, we discussed its concepts, its importance, its dimensions and its characteristics, trying to enlighten it to pay attention to it by organizations, and companies, and even by specialists to pay attention to this organizational concept.
