The study aimed to prepare a training package to develop the skill of professional decision-making for vocational training trainees.

in this study, we used the experimental approach, and the study was conducted on a sample of (30) trainees.

to collect data, we relied on a professional decision questionnaire to reveal the training needs of vocational training trainees.

which were arranged and through which the training package was prepared, which contains: the training bag guide, the training activities booklet, the homework booklet, the assessment booklet.

we reached the following results: that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of individuals on the professional decision scale in the tribal and remote measurements in favor of the post measurement,, and that there are no differences between the average scores of the experimental group members in the professional decision-making skill in the post and follow-up measurements, and therefore the training bag is effective in developing the professional decision-making skill of the vocational training trainee.
