Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في التمكين القيادي للمعلمين وعلاقته بتعزيز السلوك القيادي لدى طلبتهم، وقد اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (356) معلما ومعلمة ، يمثلون نسبة (7.38%) من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (4821) معلما ومعلمة، ومثلت الاستبانة أداة جمع بيانات الدراسة، وكان من أهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : 1.

أن تقدير عينة الدراسة لدور مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في التمكين القيادي للمعلمين؛ حصل على وزن نسبي (77.94%) أي بدرجة كبيرة.

2.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة من المعلمين لدور مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تمكينهم قيادياً تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).

3.

أن تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور معلمي المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تعزيز السلوك القيادي لدى طلبتهم ؛ حصل على وزن نسبي (82.90%) أي بدرجة كبيرة.

4.

لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور معلمي المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في تعزيز السلوك القيادي لدى طلبتهم تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخدمة).

5.

وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة متوسطة القوة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ a) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية لفلسطين في التمكين القيادي للمعلمين، ومتوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور المعلمين في تعزيز السلوك القيادي لدى طلبتهم.

وكان من أهم توصيات الدراسة ما يلي: 1.

عقد ورش عمل بمشاركة الخبراء في إدارة الأزمات؛ لتنمية قدرات المعلمين على مواجهة المواقف الصعبة.

2.

عرض نماذج علمائية ناجحة لتشجيع الطلبة على التفكير بمشروع خاص بهم يكون من ابتكاراتهم.

3.

تصميم خطة تتضمن مهام محددة ومدروسة تسند للطلبة لتعويدهم على تحمل المسؤولية واتخاذ القرارات.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in the leadership empowerment of teachers and its relationship to enhancing leadership behavior among their students.

The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (356) secondary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine, representing (7.38%) of the study population, and the questionnaire was the study data collection tool.

The most important results of the study are the following : 1.

The study sample’s estimate of the role of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in the leadership empowerment of teachers obtained a relative weight (77.94%), which is a large degree.

2.

There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample of teachers for the role of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in empowering them to lead, due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of service.

3.

The study sample’s estimate of the role of secondary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine in enhancing the leadership behavior of their students had a relative weight (82.90%), which is a large degree.

4.

There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) between the average estimates of the study sample for the role of secondary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine in promoting leadership behavior among their students due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of service.

5.

There is a positive, medium-strength, positive correlation with statistical significance at the level (α ≤ 0.05) between the role of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in the leadership empowerment of teachers and the role of teachers in enhancing leadership behavior among their students.

Among the most important recommendations of the study are the following : 1.

Holding workshops with the participation of experts in crisis management Developing teachers’ abilities to face difficult situations.

2.

Presenting successful scholarly models to encourage students to think of a project of their own that would be one of their innovations.

3.

Designing a plan that includes specific and studied tasks assigned to students to familiarize them with taking responsibility and making decisions.
