Abstract AR
في ضوء استعانة اللسانيات التطبيقية بمختلف العلوم لحل المشاكل اللغوية، يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أثر الإعاقة السمعية ما بعد اللغوية على الملكة اللسانية و الأداء اللغوي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، وذلك بغية تجاوز الكثير من صعوبات التعلم لدى الفئة المصابة بهذا النوع من الإعاقة، و الذي يكون في الغالب غير ظاهر، لأن المصابين به يشبهون الأشخاص الطبيعيين، خصوصا وأن الإصابة تكون في مرحلة متقدمة من التحصيل اللغوي، و ضرورة إطلاع المعلمين في هذه المرحلة على المعلومات الأساسية لهذه الإعاقة و المهارات اللازمة للتعرف على مظاهرها وكيفية التعامل مع المصاب، لأن إغفالها يؤدي إلى قصور في التحصيل اللغوي و المعرفي وقد يكون أحد أسباب التسرب المدرسي المبكر.
Abstract EN
In the light of the use of applied linguistics in various fields to solve different linguistic issues, this research attempts to highlight the impact of Postlingual impairment on the linguistic competence and performance of the elementary school pupil in order to overcome many learning difficulties for those who have such disability.
In fact, those pupils with this disability seem like normal pupils since their disorder is at an advanced phase of linguistic attainment.
Therefore, instructors, at this stage, must be up-dated and informed about this disability and the skills needed to identify its characteristics and how to deal with a disabled pupil.
Moreover, its negligence leads to the lack of linguistic attainment which in its turn may cause early school dropout.

Au cours de l’utilisation de la linguistique appliquée dans divers domaines pour résoudre différents problèmes linguistiques, cette recherche mis en place de mettre en évidence l’impact de la déficience postlinguale sur les compétences linguistiques et les performances de l’élève du primaire dont l’objective est de surmonter de nombreuses difficultés d’apprentissage pour ceux qui ont un tel handicap.
En fait, les élèves atteints de ce handicap semblent être des élèves normaux puisque leur trouble est à un stade avancé de la réussite linguistique.
Par conséquent, les instructeurs, à ce stade, doivent être mis à jour et informés de ce handicap et des compétences nécessaires pour identifier ses caractéristiques et la façon de traiter un élève handicapé.
En outre, sa négligence conduit à l’absence de compétence linguistique qui, à son tour, peut entraîner un abandon scolaire précoce
