Through this research paper, we shed light on the Presidential Instruction No.

02-2021 related to the protection of local managers, which included a set of mechanisms to decriminalize the act of managing because of its importance in instilling confidence in these managers and reviving the national economy.

We also analyzed the legal dimensions and effects.

For this presidential instruction on managers and the national economy by studying the effectiveness of the presidential instruction in this field, and the most important practical problems for implementing the policy of decriminalizing the act of management were identified

A travers ce mémoire de recherche, nous mettons en lumière l'Instruction Présidentielle n°02-2021 relative à la protection des cadres locaux, qui comportait un ensemble de mécanismes visant à dépénaliser l'acte de manager en raison de son importance pour redonner confiance à ces cadres et relancer la économie nationale.

Nous avons également analysé les dimensions et les effets juridiques.

Pour cette instruction présidentielle sur les cadres et l'économie nationale en étudiant l'efficacité de l'instruction présidentielle dans ce domaine, et les problèmes pratiques les plus importants pour la mise en oeuvre de la politique de dépénalisation de l'acte de gestion ont été identifiés
