The cognitive accumulation of information and communication science is only a study of the relationship between the media and its audience with a geeth that the public is working to control and use technologies in interaction with the media, while the latter is working to keep abreast of the needs of followers by developing its working mechanism and presenting it to the news.

And this interaction between the audience and the medium resulted in the diversity of the presentation and reception mechanism, Academically, theories and schools have emerged that study media content and analyze it like critical theory and others that study platforms and technical outputs like innovation theory.
