Abstract EN

This contribution aims in particular to talk about the philosophy of education and training in entrepreneurship and its future practical importance within the university campus in Algeria.

Therefore, our thinking on this subject arose after our analysis of the exchange of two correspondences between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Delegate Minister in charge of Small Enterprises.

This is intended to start giving consideration to cooperation and partnership between the two bodies concerned with the project.

This topic addresses three main points: soft skills, technical skills, and life skills.

This contribution seeks to clarify the concerns of the two ministries in terms of cooperation and partnership between the two sectors and mutual contribution.

In the field of education and training in entrepreneurship at the university.

Among the most important results obtained, we mention, for example, that students need to reconsider the teaching of entrepreneurship.
