بشير برمان الجزائري هو مدير مؤسسة تربوية بمدينة مسعد الجزائرية بولاية الجلفة، و باحث متخصص في تحقيق المخطوطات، و بالاطلاع على رصيده التحقيقي نجد أنه قد تصدى لتحقيق الكثير من الكتب و الرسائل المتعلقة بميدان العقيدة و ما يتعلق بها من مجالات.
و اسمه و جهده معروفان و مقدران في المشرق العربي باعتباره ينشر أعماله هناك، على العكس من و طنه، حيث يبدو أن اسمه مغمور، و لم ينل الحجم الكافي من التعريف به و بجهوده في مجال تحقيق المخطوطات.
Abstract EN
Bashir Berman Al-Jazaery is the director of an educational institution in the Algerian city of Massad, in the state of Djelfa, and a researcher specializing in the Identification of manuscripts.
His name and effort are well known and appreciated in the Arab East, as he publishes his works there, in contrast to his homeland, where his name appears to be obscured, and he did not get enough exposure to him and his efforts in the field of manuscript Identification.
