Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to analyses the impact of success factors of learning on learning organization in Algeria public companies.

The research utilizes causality models and suggests a conceptual model subsequent to comprehensive qualitative analysis of variables.

A sample of 120 employees of Saidal Group is used.

The SEM is used to analyze and approve the conceptual model.

The results of empirical research show that success factors of learning are positively and significantly related to the learning organization.
