Abstract EN

This study addresses an important theme of the values of citizenship and its implications if it takes part of the composition of tyres, employees or workers in important and sensitive positions in all vital sectors because the commitment of the framework, employee and worker to the values of citizenship is only reflected in his job commitment and performance in the field.

This is what this study included by addressing several important points that can enrich thistopic, such as: the importance, levels, dimensions, forms and characteristics of citizenship, in addition to addressing the most important determinants and strategies of functional commitment, all of which are linked to the values of citizenship among health sector employees as a sensitive sector, especially under the CORONA pandemic.

This is known as organizational citizenship and its positive, effective and direct impact in creating staff commitment and loyalty to the regulatory institution achieved on the ground through a range of regulatory actions in the form of strategies, including on the nature of the work: work flexibility and cost-effectiveness, and other strategies related to the working environment, such as providing the right atmosphere and professional appreciation.
