Ibn Kamal Pasha tried in his book “Taghyir el Tankih” to take the path of renewal in fundamentalist authorship, as he did not follow the usual method of explanations that are based on merely clarifying the phrase “the workbook” and clarifying the ambiguous ones and representing them sometimes, especially in a time of intellectual stagnation in which commentaries and footnotes abounded.

on books and the repetition of information without a trace in which a type of renewal and modernization appears, and this study aims to highlight the features and landmarks of renewal in the fundamentalist composition that ibn Kamal Pasha tried to reach, after posing some problems, namely : what is the approach and the innovative approach that Ibn Kamal Pasha took in his book "Taghyir el Tankih" ?.
