“Ras Ibn Adam” “Ras elMehna” is a mythical poetic story.

it was written by the popular poet “Sidilakhdar Ben Khelouf”, throughout the 15th and the 16th centuries A.D.

this poem was sung by many algerian artists including “Noura” and “Rabehderiasa”, but it was initially sung by the famous artist “elBaromar”, who preserved its entity, unlike other artists who modified it according to the melodic and artistic nature.

this poem’s fame refers to the fact that it was written by a pioneer poet, whose poem was characterized by the religious and dogmatic dimension, especially what’s related to praising the messenger-god’s prayers and peace be upon him-.

in addition to that, the poem skipped its artistic literary dimension to broad areas consisting in important in-depth ideological issues comprising focal targeting semantic axes, particularly what’s related to the religious values reflecting the popular human being’s affective interaction, with all of his simplicity, straightforwardness, truthfulness, or even naivety; he’s the closest to the emotions.

from another side, this poem is a blessing of spiritual saint good, who’s Sidilakhdar Ben Khelouf, also known as the owner of Mostaghanem.
