Abstract EN

This article aims to clarify the principles of purposeful causality, and their impact on issues of Sharia policy.

It contains five principles in purposeful reasoning: 1.

Ordering the judgment on the derived description representing causality.

2.

The reasoned description is required to be apparent, not hidden.

3.

Is the meaning elicited from the text invalidated if referred to specifically? 4.

Does the rotation of the ruling indicate the causality? 5.

Does it account for the minor cause? These principles and their applications in Sharia policy are clarified in this study.

The concept of Sharia broad and regular for all people’s religious and worldly interests.

In addition, tackling the issues of Sharia policy through purposeful principles helps to facilitate them, shortening distances, and reducing differences.
