Abstract EN

This study examines the transformation of relations between Turkey and the United Arab Emirates from a historical perspective and attempts to reveal the motives and reasons that prompted the two countries to take a new approach.

In this regard, the study first attempts to briefly refer to the process of normalization between them, and to shed light on the background of this process.

Then it works on highlighting the points of disagreement and opportunities for cooperation between the two countries.
