Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the relationship of information and communication technology to job satisfaction, it was conducted on the management frameworks at the university of Blida 2, by following the descriptive methodology, using a questionnaire, and analysing it by employing the statistical packages program spss-v26.

a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: there is a strong positive correlation between information and communication technology and job satisfaction; it was also reached to accept the sub hypotheses related to the dimensions of information and communication technology (hardware and means; software; networks and data; and control of use) with job satisfaction among the employees of the university of Blida 2 Lounisi Ali, the level of attachment is medium, and this is fro m the point of view of the interviewed individuals.
