Islamic scholars have derived from sources the provisions of Islamic law which organized the process of construction in Islamic cities, and these provisions are the result of the development of town planning and the emergence of a set of problems that jurists have sought to resolve so that no damage occurs in urbanization, whether housing projects, industrial workshops or others.

This article discusses the importance of Islamic legislation in urban planning and its objectives and confiscation, and also highlights the importance of this legislation to save Islamic cities from the chaos of urbanization that we live in our time.
