Human beings vary in their races, color, and beliefs, and coexist with each other.

therefore, a person needs others regardless their race and religion.

human groups are not indispensable from others, especially if they share in the homeland, which requires by its nature participation in living and destiny.

managing a multi-ethnic society, minorities and communities pose a great challenge, as minorities and ethnicities suffer greatly from injustice, marginalization and sometimes violence in many countries of the world, and the most vulnerable minorities that face injustice in the world are Muslim minorities despite the fact that the united nations charters stipulate the rights of minorities as follows : the general assembly, reaffirming that one of the fundamental goals of the united nations, as proclaimed by the charter, is to promote human rights and fundamental freedoms and to encourage respecting these principles by all people, without discriminate with respect to race, sex, language or religion.

reaffirming its belief in basic human rights, in the dignity and value of the human being, and in the equal rights of men and women and nations and in the same way for small and big countries, and wishing to promote the implementation of the principles contained in the charter, the universal declaration of human rights, the convention on the prevention and punishment of the crime of genocide, and the international convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination, the international covenant on civil and political rights, the international covenant on economic, social and cultural rights, the declaration on the elimination of all forms of intolerance and discrimination based on religion or belief, the convention on the rights of the child, as well as other relevant international instruments adopted at the global or regional level and those held between states members of the united nations.

it is clear to everyone that Islam cares about this subject before all the legislation of human systems, and this is what this research will deal with in terms of the texts of the holy Qur’an and what is mentioned in the prophet's sunnah, and the jurisprudence, while linking all this with our contemporary reality and that are inspired by contemporary applications according to the spirit of Islam in the optimal ways of managing the affairs of Islamic societies that include various sects, ethnicities and minorities.

the aim of this research is to shed light on the practical methods adopted by Islam with its texts and applications in the era of the prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and in Islamic history in how to manage diversity in society with a focus on contemporary perspectives on the affairs of this administration, drawn from the jurisprudence of management in Islam, which occupies an important aspect in the jurisprudence of contemporary jurists and jurisprudence councils.
