Achieving the objectives of energy security and sustainability, as well as that of access to clean energy, requires a solid and stable political framework that will give priority to policies of sobriety and energy efficiency as well as to the development of renewable energies.
It will therefore be a question of renewing the hydrocarbon reserves, changing the mode of exploitation of the deposits while developing the renewable energy economy.
Admittedly, the implementation of these solutions will require an unprecedented effort and lead to major transformations of the current economic and energy model.

La réalisation des objectifs de la sécurité et de la durabilité énergétique, ainsi que celui de l'accès à une énergie propre exige un cadre politique solide et stable qui donnera la primauté aux politiques de sobriété et d'efficacité énergétique ainsi qu'au développement des énergies renouvelables.
Il sera donc question en conséquence de renouveler les réserves d'hydrocarbures, changer le mode d'exploitation des gisements tout en développant l'économie d'énergie renouvelable.
Certes, la mise en œuvre de ces solutions va nécessiter un effort sans précédent et conduis à des transformations importantes du modèle économique et énergétique actuel.
