This study aims to determine the impact of electronic management on the knowledge management processes of Algeria Telecom - Skikda -.

To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was formulated consisting of two main axes, one for electronic management and another for knowledge management processes, which was distributed to a sample of 45 workers, and we used descriptive and inferential statistics methods to analyze and test hypotheses using the SPSS Program.

The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of electronic management on the organization's knowledge management processes, and it was estimated at 67.9% of the changes in knowledge management processes resulting from changes at the level of electronic management.

The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is: The need to pay attention to electronic management because of its great importance in knowledge management processes and work to increase interest and expand the provision of its requirements and thus raise the level of its application.
