The growing use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes has led to increased possibility of serious nuclear accidents affecting human and environment, and to address this dangerous situation and we are in line with the international community of criminal responsibility rules of peaceful use of nuclear energy, by concluding many international conventions governing the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, the status of the Algerian legislator is a set of legal controls and legal proceedings that arise and obligate them within the framework of peaceful nuclear activities, criminal responsibility for those who have not been committed to these measures or a prior authorization by these activities by the competent authority, leading to penalty sanctions on those who have not been able to obtain license to practice any peaceful nuclear activities, as well as other administrative and financial sanctions.
