Banking transactions are based on the personal consideration which stands on mutual trust between its two parties, as the latter expresses a psychological state and a personal phenomenon that has moved from the moral field to the legal field as a basis for establishing credit relationships that lead to the existence of legal obligations, which prompted us to question the historical roots to form this trust and the foundations on which it relied in keeping pace with the development of banks and banking business in line with the nature of this vital sector within the commercial activity; so the rooting of the emergence of the banking operations and the understanding of the factors that contributed to its formation contributes to a large extent in addressing the potential conflicts between the bank and the customer, by returning each operation to its origins and the foundations and standards on which it was built.
