Military service is one of the duties contained in the laws of many states.

the relationship of citizenship is usually one of the main reasons for performing military service.

it may occur that a person acquires another nationality, which poses problems associated with the performance or reluctance to perform military service for a religious distributor, in many cases, this reluctance causes stigmatized transactions against the religious objector that impede or prevent their access to their rights to highlight the problem of: what is the legal status and means of protecting religious objectors of multinational military service in international law? and the legal protection afforded to them.

the conclusion was reached that the state instruments governing human rights recognized the right of religious objection to military service and inevitably protected the beneficiaries of that right.
