No one can deny the importance of digital technology in our modern life, as it has become a means of communication and connection, for the multiple services it provides and at costs that are least said to be simple, for example crises such as the “COVID 19” impose dealing with it in various fields, as it is shown children have become the most interactive with it because of the opportunities it provides for education and entertainment, in their hand there are some dangers to excess use of digital technology as parent's inability to monitor and supervise their children use of the internet, the risks and threats to their rights have increased, and the agreements and enactment of legislation are no longer capable of limiting them.

serious measures must be taken that are more responsive to developments and more stringent to preserve the rights of the child in the digital environment.
