the Algerian legislator, like other international legislation, and according to law 15/12 related to child protection, singled out the category of children in danger with the care of the judiciary, given the sensitivity of this category, who may enter the world of crime, if we do not pay attention and care to it, and this law emphasized the role of the juvenile judge with his efficiency and skill in handling juvenile cases to protect this category by taking care of them, reforming them and integrating them with preventive reform measures that would keep them away from crime and deviation.
